Refund policy

At Owlix & Leona, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hebeandganymede@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable: candles (if opened), personalized or custom items, and final sale items.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at hebeandgannymede@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
